Had a great team around me in depot

Cons

Was a good place to work ages ago but now they work you into the ground then want more. No investment from Loxam in France in kit and new management haven’t got a clue. Finally had enough and went to competitor. Better rates and better treatment

Pros

Overall the team in general are lovely, the staff are really supportive in the birchwood office.

Cons

It can be impossible getting in touch with the wider team from different depots, people ignore their teams calls/ messages and often due to the level of stress people tend to be very short and and unhelpful. The majority of the kit is old and breaks down often causing a lot of problems for customers. Targets and goalposts are moved throughout the quarter making sure you don't reach your target and receive a bonus.

salary and benefits - but nothing else positive to report.

Cons

Top heavy SLT, directors everywhere - everyone else doesn't matter. No strategy. Highly commercial, stressful sales environment. Snap decision making. Poor communication.
