      Pros

      The company makes use of technology to achieve its goals, and does so intelligently, not recklessly. Culture of the people is amazing and the associates are encouraged to have strong work/life balance, give and participate in the community and care for people first.

      Cons

      I don't have any downsides to share.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
