      Rich history, large company with a lot of opportunities. Treats its employees well, and is in a lucrative industry

      The way they hire people is kind of weird. Jobs won't be held college graduates they know they want.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
