      Pros

      I developed a lot of useful skills from working there and met alot of great people.

      Cons

      Staff is very over worked and they don’t receive proper compensation. This combination results in high turnover especially in the claims department yet managers/leadership pretend they don’t understand why people leave. One of the managers is highly sexist as well.

      Pros

      Room for advancement outside CRE, great culture overall the work life balance is great. Pay and benefits are competitive. Nationwide as a whole has a fantastic Culture, however not all departments are equal.

      Cons

      its hard to write out cons, overall I really enjoyed my time at nationwide. However the department I was in was ran was ran by a clique IE high school drama and gags. if your in, your in.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
