      Friendly more laid back company culture than other large corporations. Many great groups to join to network, play sports, or participate in charitable causes

      Cons

      Not as competitive pay. Once you agree to your salary at your first position, the potential gains from one position to the next are rather small

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
