Pros
Coworkers are all relatively young (because turnover is so high) so it keeps a fun vibe around the office and there are opportunities to make friends. Within each team there is a lot of support and coworkers are all extremely helpful. I lucked out and got a great manager.
Cons
Where to begin.... overwhelming work load that will absolutely crush your sprit if you're used to your hard work paying off. Completely different standards between managers and no one seems to know what the correct work flows or expectations are. No opportunity for advancement within the company. The AD literally told us to move to Columbus if we wanted to stay with Nationwide. It's typical corporate America where the people in charge are so disconnected they have no idea what we even do and believe they can continue to force more out of people who are already struggling to keep their head above water. Management tries to do nice things like surprise us with ice cream to keep morale up but associates on the floor are already so disillusioned and apathetic it doesn't make a difference.
