Pros
Opportunities for new upper level hires to make a difference early. Clear strategy from the top. Lots of good people across the organization. Many chances to move around through different disciplines, especially if you are willing to play the game the "Nationwide Way".
Cons
Must be willing to adopt the "Nationwide way" after the first couple of years or opportunities will thin out along with advancements. Don't make long-timers look bad by accomplishing too much too quickly once you're past the 24 months mark. If you really want to succeed, must be willing to play the game based on the rules as written even though you know things could be better - and without too much effort.
