Pros
-Very good benefits - they take care of their employees -Good network within the company -Usually not overly stressful outside of certain period (and depending on department, of course)
Cons
-A lot of office politics -Only people within a manager's "inner circle" of friends got promoted, in my experience -401k match is just ok -Review process wasn't transparent despite efforts to make it that way -A lot of time lost to meetings or the latest efficiency effort -Environment can be stale
