      Pros

      Challenging work assignments. Respectful of opinions. Moving toward a more "corporate" feel instead of the prior "family place to work" feel.

      Cons

      Big company, easy to get lost/not get attention from upper management. Little authority to effect change due to need to play politics in order to get things done.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
