Pros

Good place to be part of. They are one of the top insurance companies in the industry and very financially sound.

Cons

Needs to talk with agents and ask them what they would like out of the product they represent to the customers.

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
