Pros
It is nearly impossible to get fired from Nationwide. You can be totally incompetent when it comes to doing your job and as long as you show up at your desk everyday and don't steal from them, you're in forever.
Cons
Too many chiefs, not enough indians. Nationwide is penny-wise and pound foolish. They will spend just ridiculous amounts of money, following a solution delivery method that makes no sense and isn't improving the quality of work. There is no need to spend thousand of dollars and hundreds of hours to add a period at the end of a sentence for a message printed on a bill or declaration.
