Poor Communication and Coordination: After the acquisition, expectations were unclear, processes were disorganized, and employees were often left out of critical updates. Unrealistic Expectations & Workload: Required to be available 24/7 with last-minute projects and unreasonable timelines, making work-life balance nearly impossible. Limited Access to Tools: Inadequate system access hindered the ability to complete tasks efficiently. Top-Down Leadership Culture: Leadership was heavily family-based, resistant to feedback, and dismissive toward employees.

Better than not having a job. My Supervisor gets things done.

Cons

IT is a joke, constant IT issues they take forever to resolve if they do.
