      High starting pay with opportunities to make high bonuses for someone with out a college education and lack of experience. Available overtime

      Cons

      Horrible working environment due to outdated office and computers. The office must be in violation of a fire code due to the large amount of people in such a small space

      - Supportive and collaborative team culture — everyone’s willing to lend a hand. - Management is approachable and open to feedback. - Role gave me broad exposure to different departments, which helped build a lot of transferable skills. - The office space is modern and well-equipped, and there are weekly company lunches and team-building activities that make it a fun environment. - HR and leadership make a real effort to recognize and appreciate employees.
