      The insurance benefits were fairly good and flexibility of schedule

      Cons

      Terrible pay!!! They pay lower than any other optical dispensary. They increase your work load and responsibilities, without increasing your pay.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
