      Hours of operations and flexible working hours for non-licensed personnel.

      Cons

      Licensed Opticians in NC are required to stay on premises (state law) and sometimes not allowed lunches and breaks unless reported to HR. Non-licensed personnel not held accountable for not showing up when scheduled and constantly being tardy by many locations.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
