Pros
Our company truly cares about us and wants us to be satisfied in our careers. We also truly care about our customers and want what is best for them. We are not trying to gouge them with high prices, we want them to be customers for life.
Cons
Compensation should be higher. The bonus potential should increase when a GM is entrusted with a larger producing store. i.e. a $2 million GM works their tail off, they should have a bonus structure that reflects that and rewards them higher.
