      Pros

      They work with my schedule as a mom and student, they are understanding of family emergencies when they arise, you always know what the day hold when you come in.

      Cons

      They expect a lot out of you, they stretch you too thin sometimes, it feels as if they only care about making money/ meeting quota.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
