      Pros

      20 - 30% no show rate Do not force you to sell glasses. They expect you only to show up and do the exams Will allow you to do 3 patients/hr if it is in your comfort zone

      Cons

      Paper Charts Widely mixed variety in training of staff (may get re-checks on glasses for easy fixes) If you don't finish the exam in 15 minutes for the patient, then you will easily fall behind. *Pro or a Con: Practice model does not support more than 1 or 2 dilated fundus exams for patients without falling extremely behind your patient load.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
