      There are some very friendly people that come to work at National Vision, people that really do want you to succeed.

      Cons

      Felt like once I was promoted a target was painted on my back. Everyday I felt like I was constantly being watched by oter staff. Didn't know who to trust.

      Lots of overtime opportunities to be had. Vending machines and free coffee

      Cons

      Overtime is often mandatory in peak season.
