      Pros

      Great Co-workers and excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Commission is not good at all as well as the Hourly Rate. Its a great job environment sadly not as great salary. (There is ways to grow in the company yet depends on management of store. There some outstanding managers within the company as well as not so considerate people as well and its a shame because it limits you to your opportunities as well as resources.)

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
