Company works well to give tools for management and staff to succeed. Amazing benefits package, and 401K. Ability to grow and move up in the company. They are here to support all team members! I love working here and for this company! Their support for all staff members during this pandemic has been above and beyond!
Cons
Staffing and staffing hours to support busy stores, IF more doctor coverage is given above what is budgeted. Although I absolutely love the extra doctor coverage (and I really do love it). However, Between dispensing, Phones ringing off the hook, over the phone orders, scheduling appointments, Current patients scheduled, and walk-ins. It Can cause stress and overwhelm ALL Doctors, Management and Staff. We make it work but def wears us out.
