      Pros

      National Vision is for far the best Employer that I ever had. They provided with good benefits like Health insurance, PTO and flexible hours. The work ethics is beyond words. From the CEO to down the General Manager they are very emphatic with the employees and care about our individual needs. They are very inclusive and the must diverse work of place. I'm super happy and plan to stay until my retirement arrived.

      Cons

      Because the location of the store and the demographics, we are very busy, however we alway performed our best.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
