Fairly easy to move up, decent amount of PTO, good benefits

Cons

No maternity/paternity leave, pressure to sell, low pay for entry level associates, not enough licensed opticians in each location, high turn-over, poor training, understaffed stores

Pros

Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

Cons

They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
