Pros
We are very involved in our respective communities. The company has over 1200 stores but has a very small mom and pop feel to it. They are never nagging you about numbers, they focus on people and behaviors and truly believe that the numbers will follow. The hours here beat any other retail hours. Closed by 7, 6 on Saturday and closed Sundays. Great benefits and PTO time. Awesome bonus structure!
Cons
GMs must work 45 hours after lunches so we have to schedule ourselves 50 hours. There is some advancement available as a GM bit usually would require a move.
