Pros
People care about what they do and why they are there. The passion for the business is very evident! Good culture and a real sense of care for the individual person as well as the team as a whole. It’s not a perfect business (are any?!) but it’s one of the best places I’ve worked.
Cons
The business runs fairly lean so you will also have a busy role - it’s a good thing most of the time but can be hard to keep up from time to time.
