Pros
Great training and leadership, very flexible scheduling and lots of team collaboration. Always encouraged to learn and do things independently.
Cons
Due to company size, promotion is very limited, upper management has been with the company since the very beginning and are highly unlikely to seek other opportunities. If you are looking for a stable location to start or continuing raising a family, chances are you will move every 1-2 years to another state.
