The opportunity to work with a focused team of motivated individuals, and the ability to network with a wide variety of people in various industries plus the ability to travel frequently to various locales.
Cons
There is a high turnover rate in the company (especially in Sales and IT) where even solid reputable employees can find themselves being let go due to "office politics". The root cause is the lack of genuine communication at times.
