Pros

Centre staff aren’t too bad

Cons

This company will suck the life out of you. You will work maximum hours for minimum wage. You will be expected to take calls and go into work to attend to “emergencies” 24/7 without being paid any extra. You will be yelled at by customers all day every day and your workload will be suffocating.

Pros

I have worked at dozens of call centres over the years. Most where so awful, you would need a therapist just to get though the week. Followed by lack of empathy from management that you where even human. National storage is the best call centre I have worked at. I don't say that lightly. I have been with the company for nearly 4 years. I have seen a lot change, with staff and management. They have a great atmosphere, with some great teams. Great job, security especially in this economy. Their always pushing out new updates with systems. Their incentive pay and overtime, is really good. For those that want to make extra income. They look after their staff even if your part time or full time. Good feedback system they listen to their staff.

Cons

Office is a bit dated, could use a update. More plants, better kitchen facilities.
