1) My team was very good. 2) Our department had relaxed timings. 3) They have their own Data centre which makes an added avdvantage. 4) As a fresher, its a very good company to start with.
Cons
1) Old people are now outdated with their knowledge. 2) Salary growth is not that good. 3) Hardly any scope for developers. Testers and Support are the major profiles.
