      Mission of the company was highly credible.

      Cons

      Operations and Customer Service were a disaster. Customers were unhappy. Employees were unhappy and non-supportive of each other. No one trusted the management of the company. New ideas were ignored.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
