Pros

Pay. Some of the people.

Cons

Most negative, toxic environment I have ever worked in. Constant write-ups. Promotions based on personal friendships and not on performance or ability to do the job. Attendance policy changed 6 times in less than a year. Bathrooms broke down because women were flushing maxi pads and instead of closing down until they were fixed, they brought port-a-potties in and had people take the shuttle bus to Target to use the bathroom on their own time. Nothing matters besides numbers. Don’t expect to ever hear about anything good that you are doing, but the second you make a minor mistake there is a ridiculous write-up sheet in front of you pointing out your errors and making you feel bad. Moronic, pompous upper management is beyond clueless about the concept of employee morale and will not take advice on how to improve the workplace. The managers are in constant meetings where nothing ever gets done, and nothing ever improves in the employees favor. There are also a ridiculous number of managers and levels for a company this size. Blatant, disgusting butt kissing is routinely rewarded and hard work is not recognized in any way if you aren’t a favorite.
