Pros

Front Line employees who keep their head down.

Cons

The CEO is a classic narcissist known for his volatile and emotional outbursts, creating a stressful work environment where employees are constantly walking on eggshells. The HR department is non-existent, and any attempts to address concerns are met with silence or retaliation. The CEO has made it this way due to him being a walking HR "issue". The department heads are self-serving and only care about advancing their own careers, with no regard for the well-being of their employees. In addition to the toxic work culture, this company is also known for misleading customers on pricing and the company makes very poor decisions and is in way over their head. Despite reports of financial troubles, the CEO and department heads put on a front to the public, painting a rosy picture that is far from reality. This not only creates stress for employees, who are aware of the true state of the company, but also puts the company's future in jeopardy as customers and employees may eventually realize they have been misled. I fear speaking out about my experiences as I am afraid of backlash and discrimination from the company. Despite this fear, I feel it is important to shed light on the negative work environment, toxic culture, and unethical business practices at this company. I strongly advise anyone considering working or doing business with this company to reconsider. The lack of support from management, toxic work environment, fear of retaliation, and unethical business practices make this a very unpleasant place to work.

Pros

This isn’t just another frontend role—it’s a place where my ideas actually matter. I’ve worked on projects that challenged me in the best way possible, and the feedback I get isn’t just helpful—it’s motivating. The team here? Top-notch. We laugh, we problem-solve, and we build amazing things together. Plus, the leadership really knows how to create an environment where you feel appreciated and supported every step of the way.

Cons

Adaptability is a must due to frequently shifting priorities

Pros

You should make a note of everything you see here. It will help you recognize and avoid red flags later in your career. Or you can simply trust my word that there are no pros to working here.

Cons

The people in the top leadership positions are horrible human beings. They fire employees for no reason or logic. It was ridiculous. It created an ambiance of terror. Employees felt that they could be fired at any time. The pay was also poor. It was far below expectations and didn't value the worth of any employee. It seemed like an awful joke when compared to the level of stress and pressure we endured every day. Things also changed constantly, and employees weren't kept updated on any vital changes. It shows arrogant leadership and a secretive attitude. Please avoid working here if you like transparency.
