Pros
Good location and multiple perks of working for a not for profit. Generally flexible working conditions. Some nice people work there, but it seems like people stay there because of the perks, not because its a great place to work.
Cons
Poor leadership and lack of direction, which filters through to staff. Very political environment dominated by a few senior members of the executive - very resistant to new ideas and initiatives coming from outside the inner circle. Very little opportunity for mentorship or career growth. Not a company that is well known or respected, so adds nothing to a CV.
