Pros
The organization continues to develop in its Programs team, but does not lack attention and support to staff. Monthly staff meetings and departmental sessions are conscious of time and communicate expectations fluently. The managers are aware of their job and allow staff to feel included in every topic of conversation. Overall, the work culture is well-balanced and staff are intentional in caring for each other.
Cons
As any nonprofit organization, sponsors and grantors may vary based on the needs to be addressed in school communities. Income diversification is constant, but not entirely consistent.
