I loved working alongside of the EVP, he was supportive and always made work fun.

Too many barriers - too many people getting in the way of growing the company.

Chance to get some experience. Some people there are nice and professional.

Negative culture; pay below industry standard; bottom feeder approach to clients no other PEO wants. Owner constantly makes decisions to save or make money at the expense of client service and employee satisfaction. Then people quit and everyone else has to bend over backwards to keep the wheels from falling off. Unprofessional environment. No org chart, performance reviews, etc. Look elsewhere.
