Pros

The culture at NLG is Do Good. Be Good. Make Good. and they live by that. I have felt fully supported by not only my supervisor but those who work alongside me. Being new to the industry, means I have a lot of questions and each teammate is willing to take the time, so I understand the 'why' behind our decisions. The Executive Assistants work as a team sharing communications, supporting each other and even making sure there is some laughter during stressful moments. I'm able to openly and honestly discuss any concerns I have with my direct supervisor and develop a plan for continued learning.

Cons

i have not encountered any cons and took a big leap of faith leaving a long standing career to come work at NLG

Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
