      Pros

      The people here are wonderful. The company is growing so there is no shortage of work. Remote work and unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Because of the growth there is a lot of overtime. Several changes in structure being made regularly. Very focused on numbers and pushing work through which causes stress.

      Pros

      Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

      Cons

      Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.
