Pros

Seem to genuinely care about employees. Have really tried hard lately to become more modern. Not as market driven as brokerage firms.

Cons

Locations (Addison TX/Vermont). Traffic is atrocious in Dallas and Vermont is hard to get to. 401k match is not that good (.50 of up to 6%). You deal with agents that can be hard to talk to as they are on commission.

Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
