      Pros

      Very popular with parents so there is lots of work to be had.

      Cons

      Pay rate is very low. Admin workload is high but it appears they are trying to do something about that. Some policies are set up to be overtly to the advantage of the company and unhelpful to the tutors who do the job. I personally don’t enjoy the company culture and attitude of management.

      Pros

      I have really enjoyed working at National Learning Group. The team is supportive, the work feels meaningful, and it is nice to be part of a company that genuinely helps students and families. Like any growing company, things can get busy, but overall it is a positive place to work with good people and a strong purpose.

      Cons

      Nothing major from my experience. It can be busy at times, but that is expected in a growing company.
