Managment is more concerned with internal numbers then helping or backing up employees No training on insurance policies or procedures No flex time Hours are long and there is not compensation, perks or even thank you for extra hours Little to no direction from management, all help comes from fellow employees which is not always correct For size of company benefits are expensive, 401K is a joke at yearly contribution
