Pay pay is good but not consistent

Unprofessional management team leads can be two and three hours away for one room of flooring when you were told you’re working in a certain area and sent you more money to go to the lead than you were making from the sale

You learn how to handle pressure quickly… mostly out of necessity.

Cons

There’s a strong push for results, but the support behind those expectations doesn’t always match. You’re expected to perform at a high level while figuring things out as you go, which makes it feel more like survival than actual progress.
