Pros
None of HR Policy is Employee friendly. Working hours is too much. Office timing is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with Six working days in A week (Monday to saturday). No scope for learning. Poor working culture.
Cons
No learning environment. HR polices are very poor with contradictions. Polices and rules vary from person to person. Career growth is very poor. Still wating for pay revision since 2017. All things moves around few persons. Over all conclusion is that if dont have any job then join NFL otherwise try somewhere else
