Pros
GREAT people at every location has made National a great place to work. Those remaining with the company are the cream of the crop for sure!
Cons
MAJOR layoffs over the past 5 years including over 25% of total workforce throughout all locations in the past 3 months. Everyone is wondering if they will "be next" because with the latest cuts some very talented hard-working, top performing individuals were cut just because headcount needs to be reduced to make ends meet.
