Pros

Work on your own. Company Provided Car

Cons

I worked there for two weeks and thankfully something else was offered to me at another company so i took it. I will review what i seen during my two week stay. First off there training is very unorganized, when hired i was told there was no one to train me, so during the first few days i was doing odd jobs here and there. Eventually when i was trained i noticed the employees were not happy with what they were doing, i was told how management likes to micro-manage everything you do, for instance at every stop they would want a picture of your "merchandised" machine emailed to one of the managers so they could see it, say whats wrong with it then email it back to you, there was also a mix of managers, sometimes i noticed instead of going through chain of command, a senior manager would contact the driver rather than the lower management. Paperwork, noticed there was lots of paper work that each needed to go to various people, very unorganized. Company overloads employees with to many machines and expects them to do a list of micro managed tasks at each stop, which if you did you would be out 12+ hours. Company doesnt pay for the 1st 30 Minutes you leave your home to your stop, then when your at your last stop thats when your time ends, so if your away from home 2 hours that 2 hour drive is NON-PAID. You must go back and stockup at the warehouse and deposit your collected funds at the bank ON YOUR TIME, as THEY DONT PAY YOU FOR THAT TIME.

Pros

Flexible scheduling options available to employees

Cons

They bought out a company and fired employees without notice. One day you will walk in and the machines are gone. No email or message regarding your job. Zero professionalism.
