      Opportunities for promotion, ethics, dynamic workplace, pretty responsive to field input. I have worked many places over my career and this has been the best overall.

      Cons

      The ebb and flow of retail and restaurant business impacts them at times. Not a good fit for people that are not self-starters.

      Flexible scheduling options available to employees

      Cons

      They bought out a company and fired employees without notice. One day you will walk in and the machines are gone. No email or message regarding your job. Zero professionalism.
