      Flexible timings and no dress code. Open for learning.

      Cons

      No defined requirements to developer. No software lifecycle is followed. If there is work pressure, you have to do it by working overnight. No scope for researching.

      Govt, project under MHRD NIMCIET, Unlimited resource, ppl love to join because they don't need to work and the draw lakhs by the end of the month,

      wrong staff selection, HR is just a mannequin of zero functionality excepts Birthdays wishes,
