      Good product but turned out most of it was not worth the money.

      Cons

      This company sells a service for cremation that is nearly double of what you can buy for either when you die or "pre-needs." I tried selling this product and really your told to be dishonest about how to cancel order, what the consumer is actually getting and also what they get. They essential have to keep their casket (Urn) under their bed or in a closet until they die. Most never people who purchaser never knew that.

      They provide a clear path to success. Each position has a defined role and process which contributes to your success. I love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. This is a company that wants you to be successful, and they provide all the tools needed to do so.

      Pros

      I have been working for the company for 3 years. Upper management pushes you to reach your full potential. Great training at company events and annual convention. If you are a good manager and hit your goals you can make a lot of money!

      Cons

      Goals can be very hard to reach if the lead flow is not there. Hard to find, hire, train and retain good sales people.
