Pros

NCP does a great job with employee engagement. They allow for flexibility with hours. They provide breakfast/lunch a few times a month.

Cons

There really is no room for career advancement. You might get a little bump in pay each year but nothing substantial. The salaries leave a lot to be desired. You only get to work remotely during emergencies even if your role isn’t client-facing.

Pros

They really care about employee engagement. You can be moved to remote work once you show proficiency at your role. Flexible schedules.

Cons

Pay is low with little space for career growth even after several years. Benefits are below average. Raises are terrible, max 2.5% yearly increase. There are no other pay incentives even for top performers. Let's be honest, NCP has no interest in keeping high performing employees. It is bitter-sweet that leadership will do just about anything for you BUT pay you a livable wage.
