Travel opportunities for most, and the travel is usually only a day or two. Sometime a week if its the opening week of a project. Benefits are top tier bar none. The 2 biggest pros however is that this company is extremely Team oriented, and they reward people who perform. I spoke earlier about needing resources, and at any time I can speak to upper management in any department if myself or my team needs something to move the project along. There is no arguing and everyone genuinely strives to help one another succeed. By doing so they expect you to perform, and notice when you do through these interactions. In less than a year I am already being trained for my next advancement. It truly is a special place. Work location Executive Engagment. NCP has quarterly town hall meetings with the President, CFO, and Directors to discuss the status of NCP, and to allow employees to discuss their ideas, questions, and concerns without recourse.
