Head office in Farringdon is in a thriving part of London which makes it a great area to work in - the office itself is an overcrowded dilapidated dump though. High staff turnover means you continually get to meet lots of new people!
Cons
You might expect a recognisable national brand like NCP to be one of those big companies that you could choose to build a career with. In reality, as one of the other reviews has mentioned, it'll be a blight on your CV. Don't expect: a modern benefits package, proper resources, training, career development, quality recruitment, commitment to staff retention Do expect: squeezed budgets, crumbling infrastructure, nepotism, bullying, knee-jerk management, high staff turnover, angry clients
